HERO — facility aerial (assets/facility-aerial.jpg)An encore is a promise between an artist and their audience: a demand for more, a call for a repeat performance. We set out to perfect the art of luxury travel for the music industry, and we tied our promise to serving music, making life on tour as luxurious and as reliable as it can be made. The artists, tours, and crews we serve are our audience, and we never stop pursuing their trust, their confidence, and their demand for an Encore of their own. That is what guides every decision, every action, and every promise we make.
Encore is a vertically integrated organization built on a proven operating infrastructure and dedicated leadership for each operating company, so that a coach is engineered, built, leased, and maintained to a single standard, end to end. Our niche has never changed: Serving Music. Neither has the why behind every decision, the “why we do what we do”: to deliver a premium.

Boutique hotel rooms on wheels, designed and built entirely in-house: design, fabrication, cabinetry, electrical and mechanical systems, and finish work at a standard set for the artists who live in them.

The flagship operation: a full fleet of luxury coaches and band trailers, with fleet management, tour logistics, and OTR support run by people who know the music touring business inside and out.

An unprecedented maintenance program that keeps coaches reliable over the road, anticipating problems before they happen, with 24/7 OTR support and veteran technicians keeping the fleet show-ready year-round. Our Bus Paint & Body division operates a state-of-the-art facility, giving us full control over the maintenance and care of our fleet. We do not outsource any aspect of maintaining our luxury fleet.
Encore became the leading provider of luxury entertainment travel by holding one conviction: to serve music. The talent that delivers the show deserves travel engineered to the same standard as their performance, and the why behind every build, every lease, and every preventative maintenance interval is just as plain: deliver a premium. From that conviction grew a full-scale operation: a high-end custom fleet, an in-house conversion group, a fleet services operation run by industry veterans, a full-service bus paint and body shop, and a trailer manufacturing line. A commitment to excellence, and to the safety of our clients, is evident in every aspect of the operation.
In 2023, Encore completed a record-setting industry acquisition: the purchase of its largest competitor, Nitetrain Coach. That transaction consolidated Encore’s position at the top of the industry, and its aftermath is now wrapped up in a federal RICO case, indexed in The Record.
The scale of that work is documented here, because it speaks for itself.

Coaches don’t build themselves and tours don’t run themselves. This is the shop, the yard, and the crew: the culture that made Encore what it is. Serving music, delivering a premium.

Behind Encore stands The Ward Organization (TWO): the people and infrastructure that support and guide what we accomplish.
Companies are legal entities; operations are people. Our leadership, the industry veterans, the builders, and the relationships that made Encore what it is remain intact and remain in Nashville, with the same unwavering dedication to reliability and stability that has always guided this company. Whatever form the operating company takes as the legal process concludes, that backbone does not change, and the artists and tour managers who work with Encore will be working with the people they know.
Among them are industry veterans who have served this space for more than 25 years. Today, some of our best people stand on the sidelines, not by choice but by circumstance, playing the hand they were dealt while the courts do their work. They are waiting, ready, and anticipating the full return of the Encore standard.
